Background: I am a caregiver, artist, and lover of all things nature. I began my career as a school-based therapist, offering child therapy to students in grades K-8. I started Heartloom Therapy to expand my support beyond the school setting.
Approach: I provide child therapy, adolescent therapy, adult therapy, and family therapy. I use play therapy and expressive arts to foster creative self-expression, emotional awareness, and a sense of belonging. I enjoy supporting the whole family ecosystem, ensuring everyone is involved and benefits from the therapy process.
